"Manon Pretto's themes are political. She uses digital and urban images, breaking them down to question the questions of identity inherent in today's society. In a world increasingly monitored and controlled by telesurveillance, the artist invites us to exist differently. She creates futuristic-looking prostheses to protect us from this aggressive environment. Textiles blend into the landscape, while masks and prostheses cover our identity and give us the possibility of becoming invisible. Through Manon Pretto's projects, enter a post-modern universe in full deconstruction to try to imagine the past in the future. "
